Franz Stock

I am writing an article about Franz Stock and his company (the third one actually) for the US National Automatic Pistol Collectors Association (NAPCA) (an organization worthy of investigation if you are not familiar with it).

Did Franz take the money and run?
Did the company continue to manufacture pistols?  (They did but very few)
When did the company vanish?
Was it in fact sold in 1930?

Does anyone here have any information on this interesting company?
